Describe the Area
Crescent Lakes is situated some 12 miles from Walt Disney World off the Poinciana Boulevard at Kissimmee. The community offers very good facilities for families, such as basket ball/volley ball courts, children's play areas purpose built BBQ areas, lakes for fishing, etc.
The villa overlooks a large lake where you can fish, or stroll around on the warm summer evenings. Surrounding the community is a conservation area where you can walk and explore the natural environment and the wonderful wildlife of the region.
Property Description
Our luxurious 3 bed villa is located in the Crescent Lakes area of Kissimmee, Orlando Florida. This community enjoys an enviable location that is tranquil, yet is still close enough to all major attractions that Central Florida has to offer. Highway 192 which offers an exhausting array of shops restaurants and other activities is only 10 minutes away. Relax in our screened heated pool, watch the latest movies on our home theatre, or play even admire the view from the large deck area!
The villa has many upgrades throughout with the Furniture and Window Dressings being of the highest quality.
There is plenty of linen, bath towels, pool towels, extra pillows and blankets.
A short drive will take you to one of many of Florida's fantastic golf courses, lakes for fishing and boating, parks and picnic locations in and around the area to name but a few.
Our privately owned home is fully licensed and insured for short term rentals, the property is managed and maintained by a local property management company so if you have any problems or requests all you have to do is ask. There is a Wal-Mart located at the junction of the 535 and 192 within 10 minutes of the villa, so you can stock up on produce for your holiday. So if you are thinking of booking for Sunny Florida next year – why book and pay hotel prices when you can have all this and more for less!
