Property Description

This stunning luxury townhome is situated in the Resort of Emerald Island.   A very comfortable lounge area with a 40" flat screen cable TV, DVD player and selection of DVD's / CD's and board games. There is a screened porch off the lounge for relaxing, overlooking the beautiful conservation area, which gives Emerald Island its name.

A relaxing area to sit down and enjoy a well earned rest after a hard day at the theme parks and to plan your next adventure.

Hedwig's Flordia Home is fully air-conditioned and all rooms including the screened patio have ceiling fans for the added comfort of our guests. For the safety and comfort of all our guests, it is non-smoking and sorry - no pets allowed. There is a central music system and Cable TV is included.

There is a screened patio off the lounge with garden furniture where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine and on the first floor, the balcony is the perfect place for unwinding after a day at the many attractions in the area. Both offer views of the lush, beautiful conservation area which gives Emerald Island its name. For additional peace of mind, our front door is fitted with a digital lock that guests can set to their own code for their stay. Parking spaces are available directly outside the home.
