Cancellation policy

20% of the full amount is required at time of booking.   Final balance request + the $250.00 security deposit is requested 6 weeks prior to arrival date.  

 If the vacation is cancelled before the 6 week period then the deposit will be forfeited only.   If the cancellation is after the 6 week period then 50% is refunded of the full balance.

Deposits

20% of the total price at time of booking. Balance 6 weeks prior to arrival date.

Other fees

Pool heat:   90 pounds per week   /   $150 per week.
